we make organic chocolate in many flavours, and we also host chocolate workshops where you can come and find out how chocolate is actually made, from bean to bar.
During the class you will learn about the origins of cacao and how it came to Europe in the 16th century.
We taste single origin dark chocolates from Peru, Madagascar and Ivory coast
and teach you the differences between quality chocolate, and poor imitations.
we make ganach using cream and chocolate with no added syrups thst spoil the cocoa flavours, and each person creates their own truffles and other chocolates
including orange dipped in chocolate, lollys and heart shapes.
if you are interested in team days, team bonding sessions or hen partys we can arrange a special party just for you. Call Holly on 01273 734881
or drop into our shop in Hove a short walk from Brighton center
