About

Aphrodisiac

Chocolate has been described as; food of the gods, an aphrodisiac, prozac, a health food, it was used as currency by the Aztecs and dates back as far as 600 BC. So it cant be bad, well I would say that as I am a self confessed chocoholic. I am starting an organic chocolate making business in brighton (uk), using my art on the packaging and creating unusual and delicious flavours for proper chocolate connoisseurs.

Magic

It all started several years ago after watching the wonderful Film chocolat which was based on the book by Joanne harris. I was struck by the magic that can be experienced from the simple pleasure of eating, and how seductive chocolate can be. Since learning the craft of chocolate making I have enjoyed experimenting In my own kitchen with the raw ingredients and developing my own delicious recipes. I like to use chocolate rich in cocoa solids as it’s known to have more health benefits and contains less sugar and milk.
