We start with a quiz all about chocolate

then a chocolate tasting of dark single origins from Peru and Madagascar in order to educate the taste buds

we carry out a demonstration to show you how we make our house ganach

which forms the truffles,

and then everyone is set up with some ganach and other goodies around big pots of tempered chocolate where they dip their truffles , marshmallows, and pieces of orange etc.

We hand out bags and ribbons for finishing off the chocolates, also our secret recipe.

The party takes place in our chocoholly shop along Western road where Brighton meets Hove,

its about a ten minute walk from the centre of Brighton or Churchill shopping center.

You can bring your own drinks if you like or we have a selection of teas, coffees and our amazing hot chocolate!!

The cost is £39 per person, but over ten the price goes to £35 per head

If you want to book we take the payment upfront in order to secure your slot

Our cocoa beans are being much enjoyed in Hove,

they are really special beans from Sierra leonne

and can be eaten as they are. Its better then raw chocolate

as it only contains 100% cocoa. Its pure goodness

and gives you a lift if feeling tired. You just need to de shell them

which takes seconds. We sell them in 100g bags.

Pop into the shop for a taste.

Available on our website now !
