Was so looking forward to the first day back to work making my organic chocolate but could’nt get in because of the snow. Mother nature
is very much in charge it seems even with all our technology.
Funny really ! Been working on some new recipes for the new year
and catching up on paper work. Shoreham farmers market is on Saturday !!!

Wild Cherry Cafe, Brighton
This cafe Deli is amazing and you will love the food which is top notch in every way. I have eaten in all of Brighton and Hove’s finest and can safely say that this is one of Brighton best kept secrets!
They offer fresh salads of many interesting varieties and baked meals that look tasty and healthy. I had a pan au chocolat this morning and it was sprinkled with pumpkin seeds, also the coffee is fantastic.
They also have a juice bar, sell fairtrade products and fruit and veg.
I could go on but you will just have to visit it yourself! You’ll find it at:
91 Queens Park Road [Link to Map ]
