dipping trufflesheres a recipe for making rose truffles, and if you dont like the idea of rose then

leave it out or replace it with something else!

TRUFFLES

300g   milk chocolate couveture broken up

we sell this in the form of big buttons.

200 ml double cream

vanilla essence few drops

1 teaspoon rose water

melt half the broken Chocolate gently either in a microwave in small 20 second blasts or over a Bain Marie. Then add the rest of the broken chocolate.

Bring cream, vanilla, and rose water  to the boil, leave to cool slightly, then add half the cream to the chocolate and stir, then add the rest.

Spread onto baking paper and leave to cool overnight or for at least 3 hours, it can be place in the fridge for an hour.

Cut into squares and then roll.

Can be dusted in cocoa or dipped in chocolate, or rolled in ground nuts,coconut, icing sugar.
