Chocolate and wine tasting Hx

Chocoholly has started making mouth watering dark chocolate truffles, they are made with cream and butter and dipped in dark chocolate. We took them to Shoeham farmers market on Saturday and every bag sold out. Look out for us at Lancings late night shopping night on Thursday 27th November, Shoreham late night Tuesday 9th and of course the christmas opnhouse from Dec 5th for 2 weekends. Hx

Hi there due to many requests I have put up some of my chocolate bars and fish the bars are 100g and the chocolate fish come in packets of 6. All my chocolate is 100% organic and made from the purist possible ingredients. The bars come in card boxes for ultimate protection. I thought you might like to know more about my new chocolate making kitchen. It is so much bigger and better and more suited then my previous place (at home). Its full of shiny stainless steel tables, sinks and various other cooking stuff. There is a florist next door called pollen, where I felt drawn by the intoxicating smell of roses. Later I caught a whiff of freshly roasting coffee coming from somewhere closeby, there are a lot of other small business’s here, how exciting. Hx

Just to let you know that tommorrow I am moving my chocolate making things into a unit at Knoll business centre off the Old Shoreham Road in Hove. How exciting !! Tell you more about it later………………

another early start tommorrow to get set up for the wonderful brighton and Hove food festival on the seafront. Its located near the peace statue exactly where Hove meets Brighton. The chocolate buttons are bagged up and ready, the fish are packed in their bags of six, the bars are stacked up in boxes lets go………………………………………

What a wonderful day we have had in Brighton today for the food festival, we almost sold out of every flavour of chocolate. The most popular today was the chilli and coconut in a dark 74% cocoa solids. It will be interesting to see which one is more popular tommorrow. The fish are really selling well especially the mixed packets with three different flavours. Seee you tommorrow Hx

Hello chocolate lovers well I think I know where the sun is hiding ! I went to Croatia during August and it was very very hot and sunny there everyday. I tried to put it in my suitcase but it didnt like it inside there so I left it behind, sorry !
