We use this oil sparingly so it infuses the chocolate with an exotic floral flavour that uplifts the spirits. It is often compared to rose or Turkish delight from the middle east. The Pelargonium or rose geranium is used in aromatherapy for a range of conditions and is thought to have a calming effect and hormone balancing properties.
