An award winning chocolate bar created by Holly which is a  little darker then the usual milk bar as it contains more cocoa – 46% cocoa solids rather than the usual 32% (or less). It leaves a lingering cocoa flavour in your mouth.

We use this oil sparingly so it infuses the chocolate with an exotic floral flavour that uplifts the spirits. It is often compared to rose or Turkish delight from the middle east.
